The role of personnel development in an organization's HR strategy

The article clarifies the concept of “personnel development” and shows its role and place in the formation and implementation of the organization’s HR strategy. Features that systematize methods of personnel development are proposed for use. Innovative methods for managing the training and development of company employees are identified. The successful experience of Russian companies in personnel development is presented.
