A Computation Offloading Method for Delay Optimization in F-RAN
To address the problem of delay optimization, a computation offloading scheme is proposed within a NOMA-based Fog Radio Access Network (F-RAN) system. This scheme involves selecting the offloading method with the lowest delay for user tasks, which may involve offloading tasks to a Fog Access Point (F-AP) for computation or forwarding tasks via the F-AP or Remote Radio Head (RRH) to the cloud for processing. Through the reasonable allocation of computational resources, multiple F-APs can share the same Resource Block (RB), thereby enhancing transmission efficiency and reducing computation offloading delay.
