Integrated LDO Regulator for Wireless Energy Harvesting in Internet of Things Applications

This work focuses on the development of a Low-Dropout Voltage Regulator (LDO) powered by radio frequency at 2.45 GHz, with an 1.8 V output, designed using 130 nanometer CMOS technology, targeted for low-power applications such as Internet of Things (IoT) devices. The aim was to create an efficient circuit adaptable to the growing needs of IoT systems, where energy efficiency is crucial. Minimum sensitivityof −8 dBm was achieved, indicating the circuit's ability to handle low power levels of radio frequency efficiently. This work aims to contribute to the development of efficient and sustainable energy solutions capable of supporting RF-powered IoT devices, expanding the possibilities of application.
