Study on the Relationship Between Rock Porosity and Electrode Voltage Based on Digital Image Processing

In this paper, a digital image processing algorithm i s designed based on digital image processing technology to achieve accurate acquisition of rock porosity data, and the parametric relationship between concrete porosity and electrode voltage is studied in depth and verified through experiments. The results show that the pores have a strong distortion effect on the internal electric field of the rock, the more the number of pores, the larger the radius of the pores, the larger the distortion effect on the internal electric field of the rock; the higher the electrode voltage, the higher the rock-breaking efficiency, but the energy utilisation rate decreases. The accuracy of the parameter relationship between porosity and electrode voltage of concrete rocks under the same conditions was verified by experiments.
