LAWFARE NA POLÍTICA BRASILEIRA E SEUS REFLEXOS NA SOCIEDADE

This article aims throughout its contents to promote the understanding and prominence of Lawfare, highlighting how this process occurs and its main impacts on legal and electoral, as well as social, aspects. The general objective of this is to highlight the main characteristics of Lawfare. Regarding the specific objectives, these are: contextualize Lawfare; highlight Lawfare in the Brazilian reality; evaluate the main consequences and difficulties regarding the Lawfare process within the Brazilian social routine. For better stability of the information, data and aspects covered throughout the article, a literature review was carried out, highlighting some of the main concepts and analyzes by renowned authors, based on works published over the last 8 years. It can be concluded that there are some aspects within the Brazilian political field that can have a considerable impact on society as a whole, as well as some rights considered in the Constitution to be fundamental for an efficient social and political environment.
