DIREITO NATURAL E DIREITO POSITIVO E SUAS RESPECTIVAS ESCOLAS DE PENSAMENTO

This article aims to present some of the theories on one of the oldest discussions in the Philosophy of Law, that which involves natural law and positivism. The study covers the differences between positive law and natural law, as well as between the respective schools of thought, without, however, intending to exhaust all aspects related to the subject. The methodology used consists of a qualitative approach, of a descriptive nature, with the performance of a bibliographical research.
