Secuencia metodológica en la manufactura de aspas de 30 metros para aerogeneradores de 1.2 MW
The orderly succession of the processes required for the manufacture of 30-meter blades, which are used in wind turbines with a capacity of 1.2 MW, is presented. The process has as previous stages the definition of design specifications and selection of materials concluded; this article emphasizes the activities where people, procedures, materials, equipment and tools come together to transform and add value to manufacture the blade, the lessons learned during each phase are analyzed and finally reference is made to the results of static tests, which validate the quality of the composite materials manufacturing.
