Association of COL4A2 indel polymorphism with the development of stomach adenocarcinoma in Chinese populations
The results of our study provide strong evidence indicating a potential involvement of genetic variants in the COL4A2 gene in the development of STAD. Nonetheless, to validate and consolidate these findings, additional investigations incorporating larger sample sizes and functional experiments are necessary.
