PROSPECTS FOR AN INTEGRATED APPROACH TO IMPROVING THE SOCIAL STATUS OF VILLAGE TEACHERS IN KRASNOYARSK KRAI (AN OVERVIEW OF 2016-2023 TIMEFRAME)

The article examines changes in the social status of village teachers in the discourse of implementing program documents in the field of education for 2016-2023, taking into account the characteristics of the rural areas of Krasnoyarsk Krai. The problem of a significant shortage and “aging” of teaching staff in rural areas and an increase in their turnover rate are identified. The problematic aspects of an integrated approach to popularizing the profession of a rural teacher and attracting potential applicants are explored.
