Conceptual Study of Anger from Ayurved and Its Conquering Method from Rajayoga
According to the definition of WHO, Health is state of complete physical, social and mental well-being, and not merely the absence of disease. In true sence, Ayurved is the science of body whereas Yoga is the science of mind. This is directly mentioned by Chakrapani in the commentary of first Shlok of chapter one of Charak Samhita Sutrasthan. But in living entity, body and mind are inseparable factors. They work hand in hand. Depending upon their status, they may affect or effect on each other. Ayuved has very well explained physiology, pathology, physiopathology, etiological factors, treatment principles and various treatment modes related to physical disorders. And wherever necessary Ayurved has briefed about mind. As like physical disorders, Nidanapanchak (causes-pre-symptoms- symptoms-disease manifestation process) of mental disorders is not found in the form of separate chapters in original Ayurved books. In Ayurved, briefing of mind is mainly seen in the form of points mentioned below.
