Design and optimization of automatic startup and shutdown system for ultra supercritical thermal power units
This article is guided by the ultimate control effect and purpose to be achieved. Through the design of the overall architecture and optimization of breakpoints, hierarchical, and coordinated control is achieved to adapt to different starting, stopping, and operating modes of the unit. This article mainly introduces the design scheme of the automatic start stop control system (APS) for a 660MW ultra supercritical unit in a certain power plant. Introduced the overall structure of the APS system of the unit, the design and optimization of APS system breakpoints, and the influencing factors of APS in application. Briefly describe the relevant ideas and possible problems encountered in the design of APS system. This has certain reference significance for further improving the functions, design, debugging, and other APS of the unit, and verifies the rationality of the proposed APS overall design scheme and control strategy.
