ABORDAGENS TERAPÊUTICAS NO TRANSTORNO DO ESPECTRO AUTISTA (TEA): UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA SOBRE NOVAS TERAPIAS, IMPACTO FAMILIAR E DIAGNÓSTICO PRECOCE
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a complex neuropsychiatric condition that affects social, cognitive, and behavioral development. This article presents an integrative review of new therapeutic approaches for managing ASD, its impact on family quality of life, and the importance of early diagnosis. Behavioral, pharmacological, and complementary interventions, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and music therapy, have proven effective in improving symptoms and enhancing children’s skills. Family support is also essential in reducing caregivers’ emotional and financial burdens, while early diagnosis is critical for the success of interventions, maximizing the child’s developmental potential. This study highlights the importance of an integrated approach involving families and healthcare professionals, focusing on personalized treatment and accessibility to diagnosis and interventions.
