Dynamic analysis of the high-voltage wire protecting system considering fractional derivative cable damping
In the electricity facilities construction and operation process. accurate prediction of the wire which undergoes large rotation and deformation motion is very important for the design of cross-frame. Besides, the wire usually shows nonlinear overall material damping property, which can have significant effect on the dynamic simulation of the wire. In this paper, the ANCF cable element is used to build the high-voltage wire model. Based on this framework, the fractional derivative damping model is introduced and its computer implementation algorithm is given. A longitudinal vibration cantilever beam model and a 1:1 protecting system contains a retractable cross-frame is tested. The feasibility of the proposed algorithm is proved.
