Dynamic modeling and analysis of military truck automatic loading and unloading system based on suspension and ground characteristics

The rapid response of combatants and equipment has an important impact on the outcome of modern warfare. The automatic loading and unloading system of military trucks can automatically load and unload containers equipped with ammunition systems, so as to realize the unmanned loading and unloading and rapid replenishment of ammunition systems. Compared with the European and American military powers, China's military truck automatic loading and unloading system started late, lacking of a comprehensive and complete dynamic model. A rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of military truck automatic loading and unloading system considering suspension, tire and ground characteristics is established in this paper. The dynamic response of container loading and unloading process in rigid system and flexible system is analyzed respectively. Compared with the rigid system, when the container completely falls to the ground, the average displacement change rate of the container center of mass on the x axis and z axis reaches 9.92% and 8.22% respectively, and the maximum relative displacement of the chassis center of mass on the x axis and z axis reaches - 69.67mm and -48.96mm respectively. This research can guide the mechanical design of automatic loading and unloading system for military trucks, and provide reference for system stability under variable load complex boundary.
