To achieve this, the methodological approach was a bibliographical research based on theoretical references from the fields of Administration and Organizational and Work Psychology, aiming to promote dialogues between the authors and with our own interpretations. Today's administration faces many challenges imposed by the job market, requiring professionals to act competently and skillfully in their actions and decisions while maintaining an awareness of the human dimension inherent in this process. It is in this area that psychology, particularly organizational and work psychology, strongly contributes to education in administration by exploring topics related to the singular and collective human universe and offering dynamic resources that enrich the educational experience. In alliance with administration, psychology contributes to a more humanized and critical education, engaged in the construction of a more productive and inclusive society.

Abstract

What can psychology contribute to education in administration? This was the triggering question for the creation of this article, which aims to produce a critical reflection on the role of psychology in the training of professionals in the field of administration, as well as to explore potential applications of this scientific field in education aimed at preparing individuals for organizational and workplace settings.
