Gestión del conocimiento y la competitividad en las Cooperativas del Perú - 2023

The research examined the relationship between knowledge management and competitiveness in Peruvian cooperatives in 2023. This study is explanatory, quantitative and non-experimental. The population was 100 delegates of the “Manuel Polo Jiménez” Cooperative. The sample consisted of 100 national delegates. The results were obtained from 100 delegates of the cooperative. The statistical analysis revealed a significant relationship between knowledge management and competitiveness in cooperative delegates, where effective information management increases labor competitiveness.
