Smart Orthodontics With Artificial Intelligence -A Cross-SectionalStudy

This study investigates the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on orthodontic diagnostics and treatment planning through a cross-sectional analysis of simulated data from 50 subjects. The results reveal that AI-assisted orthodontics significantly outperforms traditional methods, achieving an average diagnostic accuracy of 92% compared to 85% for traditional approaches. Furthermore, AI-generated treatment plans demonstrated a success prediction rate of 95%, with estimated treatment duration of 18 months versus 20 months for traditional methods. Patient satisfaction was notably higher, averaging 9 out of 10 for AI-assisted treatments. Additionally, 75% of participants expressed a preference for AI-assisted orthodontics. These findings underscore the potential of AI to enhance diagnostic precision, optimize treatment outcomes, and improve patient satisfaction in orthodontic practice.
