Exploration on energy consumption analysis and energy-saving reconstruction measures for star-rated hotels in hot summer and warm winter areas
In order to effectively reduce the carbon emissions during the operation of buildings, this study analyzes the energy consumption per unit area and the energy use systems of star-rated hotels and proposes the application of energy-saving technical measures for air conditioning, hot water, and lighting systems. Practical applications indicate that energy-saving renovations in star-rated hotels in hot summer and warm winter regions can effectively reduce their operational energy consumption, with a comprehensive energy saving rate of 15.5%, meeting the constrained values of energy consumption standards after renovation.
