Risk analysis and evaluation of university contract water-saving renovation project based on complex network
This paper systematically analyzes the content and risk characteristics of university contract water-saving renovation projects from three different perspectives: domain dimension, hierarchy dimension, and process dimension. It also expounds on the relationship of project risks through factors, sub-project engineering, and risk evolution network. Furthermore, it establishes the structure of the risk evolution network and constructs a complex network matrix using the h-strength method to identify critical paths. In addition, the complex network characteristics of risk evolution are also analyzed, and corresponding risk management countermeasures are proposed to verify the applicability of the model, and the following conclusions are drawn: (1) The risk logic network of the contracted water-saving and renovation project of college H consists of 20 nodes and 190 edges. (2) In the risk logic indicators of the contract water saving and renovation project of universities, the risk indicators with the greatest evolution are the imperfections or changes in policies and regulations, followed by the imperfections in the overall planning and management system of universities, and then the sub-risk factors such as immaturity of the industrial chain, the risk of benefit distribution, and the reserved space for long-term development of the pipeline network. (3) In this paper, we will explore the key evolution paths in the risk evolution network from the network structure as a whole, utilizing the edge weights and h intensity index method.
