Digital tools in enhancing public services delivery
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the use of digital tools in improving public services within the framework of digital transformation. By leveraging technologies such as pre-filled forms, open data, digital public services, and e-governance solutions, governments aim to streamline processes, improve accessibility, and enhance citizen engagement. The study investigates how various public sector entities, considering factors such as their field of activity, the size of the workforce, and income levels, integrate digital tools into service delivery. Respondents working in public institutions participated in an electronic questionnaire and the results obtained indicated that these digital tools are widely utilized. This research underscores the importance of using digital tools in improving public services. These results can be useful in providing actionable findings that can inform decision making and drive positive change in public sector organizations.
