Reliability of L-Dex Scores for Assessment of Unilateral Breast Cancer-Related Lymphedema
The findings suggest that BIS L-Dex scores are a valid indicator of BCRL, regardless of specific normative ranges used. Detection rates of clinically confirmed BCRL were consistent across different reference ranges, with minimal discrepancies. BIS remains a valuable tool for early detection and monitoring of BCRL. Future research should focus on longitudinal assessments and use of change in L-Dex scores for lymphedema monitoring and progression.
