THE METHOD OF AWARDING PUBLIC PROCUREMENT FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES ALONG WITH ACCOMPANYING SUPPLIES

Public procurement for telecommunications services constitutes a significant portion of the public procurement market. The advancement of technologies, including the ongoing digitization of governmental activities, increases the demand for such services. Therefore, it is useful to formulate guidelines on how to conduct tender proceedings based on the Public Procurement Law. To this end, the jurisprudence of the National Chamber of Appeals and information on the results of controls by the President of the Public Procurement Office were analyzed, evaluating the views presented therein. The conducted analysis allowed for the identification of basic problems and ways to solve them related to awarding contracts for telecommunications services.
