WORK IN THE POLISH SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEM
Work, in its previous understanding as a source of prosperity in both the public and private spheres, is now becoming an untenable thesis. By the way, especially in Polish scientific studies, there is an attachment to the concept of work, which in the realities of socio-economic life is often not justified because it is associated with deep psychological violence. There is no question as to the possibility of a sense of dignity derived from work that, in fact, often should not exist. Perhaps there is something to the truth that the creators of the Constitution do not explicitly mention work itself and its value. Work, if it is already performed, is “protected” by the Constitution, but does not expressly address its value in the context of human dignity, in terms of its meaning or purposefulness. So, is it really completely irrelevant in this aspect from the point of view of the socio-economic system?
