Статус таймырской чайки Larus heuglini taimyrensis Buturlin, 1911 в Охотоморском регионе

Based on the literature data and the author's observations, it is established that the Sea of Okhotsk is an area of regular migrations of Taimyr gulls during autumn and spring seasons, but has no significance for their wintering. The first observation of the Taimyr gull was recorded in the Kamchatka waters of Shelikhov Gulf (April 29, 2020 at N59.547°, E156.831°), which became its farthest flight to the east.
