Zero Energy Buildings and Features of their Arrangement

. Zero heating energy buildings are high-class energy-efficient buildings that do not require a heating system to maintain the temperature regime. Setting up buildings without a heating system provides the opportunity to save millions of tons of fossil heating and reduce the emission of CO2 into the environment. The influence of the thermal protection conditions of the surrounding constructions of the buildings and the use of recuperative ventilation systems on reducing the thermal loads of the buildings and providing a comfortable environment is discussed. Based on the analysis of the temperature-humidity regime of the enclosing constructions made of different types of building materials, the thickness of the thermal insulation layer of this construction is determined, which provides such optimal parameters for zero-energy heating houses, such as: heat transfer coefficient, the normed ratio between the indoor air and the inner surface of the outer wall, taking into account the sanitary-hygienic standards, temperature difference and the maximum allowable relative humidity in the thickness of the wall. A unified heat supply scheme for zero-energy houses for heating, ventilation and hot water supply using a ventilation recuperator is discussed.

Abstract
