Design of a Highly Efficient Heat Exchanger for Liquids
A new design of a tube-in-tube type heat exchanger is presented, in which one of the liquids participating in heat exchange, in the process of moving along the outer tube, acts on the outer blades of the heat exchange amplifier and thereby ensures the rotation of the inner blades of the same amplifier, located in the pipeline of another fluid, completely isolated from the first one, ensuring its movement. The movement of the blades of the same amplifier in different fluids causes significant turbulence and an increase in the efficiency of heat transfer. The operation of the device is possible using only one pump to move the liquid. The movement of the second fluid along its own pipe is ensured by the impact of the first liquid on the blades of the heat exchange amplifier when it moves along its own pipe.
