THE KEY DIRECTIONS OF THE POLICY OF TECHNOLOGICAL SOVEREIGNIZATION OF THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY

The paper presents the author’s interpretation of the concept of “technological sovereignty” and substantiates the thesis that only the state can be a subject of technological sovereignty, and not individual subjects of the federation, since they are not independent states and do not have sovereign rights. But at the same time, it has been proved that the state of technological sovereignty of the Russian economy is largely predetermined by the innovative activity of the authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation implementing socio-economic policy in their territories, part of which is the renewal of production assets and the introduction of advanced technologies, as well as the necessary training for this.
