About the role of PJSC «Krasnoe Sormovo Plant» in providing logistics for water transport in Russia

This work is devoted to the analysis of the role of PJSC «Krasnoe Sormovo Plant» in providing logistics for water transport in Russia. The article provides information about the history of the company's development from the moment of its creation to the present. Special attention is paid to the activities of PJSC "Krasnoe Sormovo Plant" on the development and implementation of plans for the renewal of the fleet of ships in the modern period, which depend on the conjuncture of the freight market, the availability of credit resources, the general state of the economy, the development of the transport system, the state of port facilities and waterway infrastructure. Statistical data characterizing the financial and economic condition of a public joint stock company are presented. The promising areas of activity of PJSC "Krasnoe Sormovo Plant" to meet the needs of the state in implementing a policy of improving transport logistics, attracting additional cargo flows to inland waterway transport are outlined.
