Retreatment Approach forImproving theAppearance of Stained Fluorosis Teeth: A Case Repor

Dental fluorosis is a prevalent issue among young individuals in Tamil Nadu, necessitating effective, minimally invasive treatments for improved aesthetics. This case report explores the successful retreatment of dental fluorosis in a 22-year-old female using enamel microabrasion, at-home bleaching with 10% carbamide peroxide, and resin infiltration. These techniques significantly enhanced the patient's smile without postoperative complications, preserving tooth structure and providing long-lasting results.Post-treatment evaluations demonstrated increased tooth brightness and uniformity, with color analysis confirming a clinically acceptable color match (E < 3.7).This minimally invasive approach demonstrates its potential as a preferred method for managing recurrent staining in dental fluorosis, highlighting its relevance in contemporary dental practice.
