Exploration of Potential Therapeutic Targets of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction for Ankylosing Spondylitis Based on Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking
The active components in SZD, such as baicalin, quercetin, kaempferol and glypallichalcone, may reduce the expression of IL-1β and IL-18 via the NLRP3/Caspase-1 signalling pathway to inhibit the development and progression of inflammation and play a role in the treatment of AS.
