Stalwart: An Advanced Mobile Application with Beggar Detection, Rehabilitation, Job Apply, Report Authority, Counseling, and Beggar Assistance

Begging is considered a social problem in many countries around the world because it highlights the country’s poverty issue and causes distress. Because of a lack of proper supervision systems, beggars engage in a variety of crimes, including trafficking, drug addiction, cheating, and theft. Existing research works did not convey a suitable beggar assistance mobile application with beggar detection facilities by checking their activity, physical/mental status, appearance, rehabilitation, counselling features for beggars based on user needs, location, and rating preferences, and security force reporting features. To eradicate these problems, this article brings an advanced mobile application with beggar detection features based on their characteristics, rehabilitation center search, job application assistance, skill training course admission, counselling doctor reservation, helpline number search, query submission, immediate help, and a donor search feature for beggars. The performance evaluation results attested that more than 62% of reviewers dispatched amazing remarks regarding the serviceability and effectiveness of the proposed beggar assistance application.
