Swolemate: A Fitness Assistance Smartphone Application with Gym Search, Workout, Meal Plan, Physical, and Mental Status Checking Feature

Physical and mental health status both contribute to a person’s overall well-being. A person’s physical well-being can be satisfied by engaging in adequate fitness training, eating healthy foods, getting enough sleep, and maintaining a disease-free body. Existing research on fitness assistance systems did not disclose a modern ICT technology-based online solution for examining a person’s physical and mental health status by examining their fitness score, exercise, body mass index (BMI), behaviors, and disease-related data. The existing articles did not exhibit online solutions for calorie and BMI score examination, client prevalence-based GYM search, workout planning, calorie-based meal planning, daily task scheduling, health specialist search, and client fitness-related inquiry assistance. To unravel the previous challenges, this article dispatches a fitness assistance smartphone application that issues client priority-based GYM search, physical and mental health status checking, calorie-based meal planning, workout progress tracking, BMI and calorie consumption tracking, daily task scheduling, law enforcement assistance, health specialist search, and fitness-related inquiry assistance features. The client satisfaction and app impact analysis result displayed that more than 54% of clients are gratified with the proposed fitness assistance application features.
