Planar and non-planar hybrid printing trajectory generation method

Abstract Aiming at the problem of step effect, a planar and non-planar hybrid printing trajectory generation method is studied. The region with the inclination of the surface and horizontal plane of the model is extracted for non-planar printing, which can improve the surface printing quality of the model while controlling the printing time. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has good adaptability and can meet the requirements of engineering applications.
