Improving Photon Gathering Efficiency in Nitrogen-Vacancy Centers using Transferred Metalenses
To address diamond NV center interface losses, we propose a transferable <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">SiO2</inf> metasurface optical interface. Coupled with diamond with <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$< 500$</tex> nm error margin, it showed over <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$34\mathrm{x}$</tex> capture efficiency improvement compared to no metasurface.
