Development and Optimisation of a Photonic Waveguide Device for Methane Detection
Employing the Lumerical Suite, which encompasses FDE, FDTD, and EME tools, we engineered waveguide chips made of SOI and SiN for methane detection at a wavelength of 1650nm. This document details our extensive simulation methodology and tactics for optimizing parameters.
