Miniaturized Two-Photon Fiber Endoscopy for Mice Deep-Brain Functional Imaging

A miniaturized two-photon fiber endoscope is implemented for in-vivo deep-brain imaging in mice. Novel modularized opto-mechanical designs allow not only the deep brain functional imaging, but also improve the longitudinal reproducibility.
