Single-Shot Matrix-Matrix Multiplication via Hyperspectral Compute-in-Memory

We propose and demonstrate a hyperspectral compute-in-memory architecture that simultaneously utilizes frequency and space dimensions for single-shot matrix-matrix multiplication. This approach offers the potential for energy-efficient, three-dimensional opto-electronic high-performance computing in future data center applications.

Abstract

We propose and demonstrate a hyperspectral compute-in-memory architecture that simultaneously utilizes frequency and space dimensions for single-shot matrix-matrix multiplication. This approach offers the potential for energy-efficient, three-dimensional opto-electronic high-performance computing in future data center applications.
