Nanopost Metamaterials for Polarizer-Free Top-Emitting Organic Light Emitting Diodes

We propose metamaterials suppressing unnecessary reflection of light for top-emitting organic light-emitting diodes without a circular polarizer. Nanopost metamaterials are demonstrated as an effective way to obtain low reflection with high out-coupling efficiency of devices. © 2024 The Author(s)
