Light Manipulation with Highly Efficient Dielectric Metalens for Optimal Phase Control

Metalens design was obtained from dielectric meta-atom with high transmission efficiency up to 92% and with full 2π phase control of the incident light. Focal spot size (beam waist at 1/e2) about 12.45 μm was achieved at the design wavelength of 1550 nm.

Abstract

Metalens design was obtained from dielectric meta-atom with high transmission efficiency up to 92% and with full 2π phase control of the incident light. Focal spot size (beam waist at 1/e2) about 12.45 μm was achieved at the design wavelength of 1550 nm.
