Study on Demethylation of Cancer DNAs by High-Power THz Radiation

We developed a high-power broadband THz radiation system to investigate the effects of 1.6 THz exposure on cancer DNA demethylation. Metastructure-based filters enabled precise spectral filtering, revealing the resonant treatment's significant impact on demethylation.

Abstract

We developed a high-power broadband THz radiation system to investigate the effects of 1.6 THz exposure on cancer DNA demethylation. Metastructure-based filters enabled precise spectral filtering, revealing the resonant treatment's significant impact on demethylation.
