Generation of Optical Frequency Comb With Injection Locked DFB Laser on Silicon Nitride Chip
Using a distributed feedback (DFB) semiconductor laser with reduced noise and linewidth through optical injection locking, we successfully generated a multi-soliton microcomb on a silicon nitride (Si<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3</inf>N<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">4</inf>) chip.
