Terahertz Plasmonic Sensor Based on Metal-Coated Plastic Woven Wire Mesh

A metal-dielectric hybrid plasmonic structure was demonstrated with enhanced and localized surface-fields for sensing subwavelength membranes and minute analytes based on spectral-shifts. The femtomolar-scale sensitivity is potentially for a new generation of label-free microanalysis sensors. © 2024 The Author(s)

Abstract

A metal-dielectric hybrid plasmonic structure was demonstrated with enhanced and localized surface-fields for sensing subwavelength membranes and minute analytes based on spectral-shifts. The femtomolar-scale sensitivity is potentially for a new generation of label-free microanalysis sensors. © 2024 The Author(s)
