Plasmonic Photosensor Based on Two-Dimensional MoS2 with High Sensitivity to Linear Polarization

This paper addresses the problem of integrating two-dimensional semiconductors into optoelectronic devices. Using photocurrent spectroscopy and computer simulations, it is shown how gold plasmonic structures can improve optical absorption and polarization selectivity in MoS<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>. © 2024 The Authors
