Negative-to-Positive Photoconductance in Plasmonic Nanostrip with Anisotropic Conductivity

This paper asserts anisotropic conductivity is required for negative/positive photoconductance that depends on the phase difference between the transverse fields in a metal nanostrip. A novel near-infrared silver-based photodetector producing strong such fields is described. © 2024 Yin-Jung Chang and Kuan-Ting Lai
