Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering on Plasmonic Nanostructures Using Cell Manipulation

We used the surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy system employing cell manipulation within the electrode chip. Real-time measurement of enhanced Raman scattering is achieved by selectively trapping human glioma cells on the nanostructured surfaces.
