Metasurface with C-Shaped Resonators for High-Sensitivity Refractive Index Sensing

We demonstrated a metasurfacewith C-shaped metallic resonator for generating electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT)-like effect. The high transmission peak and high quality factor (Q) make it efficient in refractive index sensing. © 2024 The Author(s)
