Investigation of Ultrafast Dynamics after Femtosecond Laser Pulse Irradiation and Its Application to Ultrafast Processing of Transparent Materials
In this study, we precisely measured the ultrafast dynamics, such as filament formation and stress wave propagation, occurring after femtosecond laser pulse irradiation, and applied the phenomena to ultrafast laser processing of transparent materials.
