Development of an Iodine-Stabilized Laser and Frequency Measurement of Hyperfine Components of the R(36)39-0 Transition

We developed an iodine-stabilized laser at 520.2 nm using the third-harmonic generation of an external-cavity diode laser. The frequencies of hyperfine components of the R(36)39-7 transition are measured with a frequency comb.

Abstract

We developed an iodine-stabilized laser at 520.2 nm using the third-harmonic generation of an external-cavity diode laser. The frequencies of hyperfine components of the R(36)39-7 transition are measured with a frequency comb.
