Flexible Optical Wireless Communication System Based on Enhanced ADO-OFDM With Subcarrier Allocation

An enhanced ADO-OFDM with subcarrier allocation is proposed and experimentally demonstrated for optical wireless communication to improve flexibility and expand the achievable capacity region, while achieving energy efficiency of 110.4-Mbps/J and spectral efficiency of 3.92-bps/Hz.
