Low-Intensity Noise of Dual-State Quantum Dot Lasers With Optical Injection Locking

We introduce a method to achieve low relative intensity noise in dual-state quantum dot lasers through optical injection, reducing the noise by over 10 dB and compensating the effect of excited state on ground state.
